Ramen Daisenso is this famous ramen chain in Osaka. It’s part of the “Jinrui Minna Menrui” group, which is super popular. Their soup? Man, it’s killer. We’re talking seriously delicious shellfish broth. Fair warning though – if you’re not into seafood-style soup, this might not be your jam. The clear, smooth broth, those sleek noodles, and that beautiful rare chashu? Perfect combo.
Get this – they’ve got a ramen called “Pistol”. No clue why it’s called that, but whatever, it’s funny as hell! It’s super easy to find, and unlike other ramen spots, you won’t be stuck in a crazy long line. Total win.
I’ve been back multiple times – it’s my go-to spot! Seriously recommend checking it out.
