Yo, if you’re craving ramen with a PUNCH of soy sauce flavor, this spot’s your jam!
Everything about this ramen joint hits HARD. We’re talking roughly chopped green onions and thick-cut chashu pork – it’s like, manly ramen if you feel me? Real talk though, it might not be everyone’s cup of tea. Some might find it a bit salty, but I’m recommending this spot ‘cause it’s just straight-up BEAST MODE.
The thick soy sauce-based soup goes crazy with these chewy noodles. They ain’t trying to please everyone – they’re just doing their thing, old school style. Hit up the Chashu-men (extra pork), trust! These thicc slices of pork are like MADE for that soy sauce soup. And don’t get it twisted – when I say it hits hard, I don’t mean it’s greasy. The soup is clean and sharp, actually pretty light on oil.
Here’s the move: soak that chashu in the soup, wrap your noodles around it, then BAM – straight to your mouth. That’s the money moment right there! Man, chashu is straight-up sinful… shoutout to the pigs, fr fr.
They also got this salt-based ramen that’s stupid good. Don’t think it’s just salty – nah fam, it’s got mad flavor from the broth. Hit it with some black pepper and you’re in BUSINESS. Both the soy sauce and salt versions are fire, so try ‘em both if you can!
They got a bunch of locations, but I’m only gonna put you on to two of them. The others are kinda far from Umeda and a pain to get to. If you’re curious though, look up the other spots yourself!
