Yo, this ramen joint’s got the Michelin Guide stamp of approval! It’s totally the kind of place you’d describe as “refined” – and that word fits like a glove. The soup’s got this legit “Japanese” vibe and it’s crazy delicious on its own. The chashu’s got just the right amount of fat, the noodles have this perfect texture, and the plating? Bruh, no other spot can copy this. The staff’s always got these killer smiles and treat you like gold. Every single thing about this place is top-tier.
Get this – I just found out they’re in the Michelin Guide. And when I found out? I was like, “Duh, of course they are!” The place just straight-up screams quality. The spot’s tiny, but you can tell these guys are total perfectionists. They’re even weird about their water – apparently using some super bougie H2O or something. BUT. Finding this place? Total nightmare. It’s tucked away in Sakaisuji Honmachi – which nobody’s heard of (though it’s close to Namba). Plus, it’s in a basement food court on the second underground level. Foreign folks are gonna be lost AF. No worries though, I got you. Hit up Exit 4 at Sakaisuji Honmachi station. There’s a ticket gate – go through that, and bam, it’s right there. Pretty sure there was a bookstore nearby. The taste? Legit next-level incredible. If you’re a ramen freak, you GOTTA check this out. Trust.
