Hey, if you’re craving some crazy unique Chinese food in Osaka, this is your spot! It’s a bit off the beaten path from Umeda, but trust me, it’s a hidden gem.
Every dish here is seriously one-of-a-kind. We’re talking crazy stuff like a non-spicy mapo tofu with fish roe and this artsy, super thick sweet and sour pork that’ll blow your mind. The mapo tofu is totally my top recommendation.
Pro tip: In authentic Chinese cooking, mapo tofu is crazy spicy – we’re talking serious heat from those spicy seasonings. But here? Not spicy at all! My friend who can’t handle even a tiny bit of spice was totally raving about it. The seafood-style broth mixed with fish roe creates this wild, unique flavor that’s just chef’s kiss.
If you’re looking to try some seriously weird and wonderful Chinese cuisine, don’t think twice – this is your go-to spot!
